Kick off the 48th Annual Oregon Coast Music Festival

As part of the 50th Anniversary of the Bay Area Concert Band directed by Stephen Simpkins, audiences enjoyed a varied program. Performances featured Aaron Johnson on clarinet and saxophone and Wilbur Jensen on trumpet. To highlight the nation’s 250th, they performed Glorious Revolution by Robert Sheldon other favorites included Mambo by Leonard Bernstein, Clarinet on the Town by Ralph Herman and Harlem Nocture by Earle Hagan.
