“Building Community Through Music”, the 2024 Oregon Coast Music July Festival illustrated outstanding community support.

We offer our sincere appreciation to the businesses, members, volunteers, and foundations that made this year’s Festival a resounding success.

Musicians local and nationwide shared their incredible talents with enthusiastic audiences of all ages. Memberships and sponsorships from individuals within and outside of our immediate community contributed outstanding support for the various programs. Grants from Judith Ann Mogan Foundation, the Oregon Community Foundation, and Umpqua Bank Charitable Foundation provided the opportunity to increase programing for workshops, and concerts at Southwestern Oregon Community College. Business sponsors all boosted the impact of programs. They included Gold Baton sponsors from First Community Credit Union, The Mill Casino, and 7 Devil’s Brewing Company and Silver Baton Sponsors Banner Bank, Friends of Shore Acres, Juul Insurance, Lab Band Program Associates, Nasburg Huggins Insurance, Oregon Coast Center for Sinus Wellness, Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center, the Jeffrey & Bradford McKeown Team at Morgan Stanley, Tower Motor Company, the Wonderful Company Foundation and West Coast Contractors. Additional businesses and individuals supported named Orchestra musicians that have been part of our festival for years. Our festival could not continue without the support of in kind contributions by local community members who provide housing for the musicians. These contributions not only make a financial impact but they emphasize the importance of community connections. Community groups, clubs and individuals who volunteer their time to help with the green room, stage set-up, ushering and more also foster the theme of this year’s event. The legacy of many of these and other supporters makes it possible for us to continue.
